Submitting articles to multiple article directories does not appear to generate large amounts of backlinks to your site. However if your articles are good enough they will be reprinted on other peoples sites providing a useful backlink and the potential for direct traffic.

2. Writing Unique Articles For Other Web Sites

This great strategy is all to often overlooked. The objective here is to publish unique articles on other peoples blogs or websites with of course a backlink or two to your own site. The best way to do this is to write some good quality articles and get them published in ezinearticles.com. Then wait to see who reprints your article on their website or blog. If their blog has a good pagerank/traffic then get in touch with the website owner and offer to write some more unique content for them for free.

3. Off-Site Blog Posting

Give-a-Away Premiums.Give pencils, magnets, bumper stickers or other freebie gifts to anyone you see.The goal is to give something related to your Web site.  Dentists might give away toothbrushes, and financial advisors might hand out small calculators. I am working for eight companies and it is the year 2000. These are people who have contracted me to help them to obtain a higher ranking within the major search engines.

I have learnt rather a lot about SEO and website promotion up to this point mainly from reading the views of the established specialists from the industry.

I would usually work between 11pm and 3am is this is when my concentration seemed to be at its best.

This would be my typical day:

7am – This is the time that I would normally wake up; I would clean my teeth and go to the toliet before going back to bed.

10am - After an extended "lie in" I would turn on my laptop and the television whilst still in bed. At this stage I am merely going to check my e-mail; the news, the stock market and read through a couple of sites that I like to keep an eye on such as seroundtable.

10.20am – I phone the DVD replication company to check if the discs that I have ordered are ready.

10.10.30am - It is now time for my breakfast - a nice piece of toast. It is time for a relax after all it has been a hectic morning!

1.20pm - I could do with some exercise therefore I decide to walk to the shops to buy a paper.

2pm - I drive to the tennis club as I have arranged to play a game with a good friend of mine.

6pm - I eat my evening meal which would normally consist of pasta or chicken and rice.

8pm- I quickly check my e-mails in a short break from watching the t.v.

The time has come to do some real work - believe it or not this is the time of the day that I love the most.

3.20am - I head off to gain some much deserved sleep. There must be easier ways to make money online.

The more popular your keyword is, the more likely the chances are that it will be typed into a search engine which will then bring up your URL. You can now purchase software that will rate the popularity of keywords and phrases by giving words a number rating based on real search engine activity. Software such as Word-Tracker will even suggest variations of your words and phrases. The higher the number this software assigns to a given keyword, the more traffic you can logically expect to be directed to your site. It is a fallacy that In order to obtain the greater search engine position you should use the more popular keywords. If you are down at the bottom of the search results, the consumer will probably never scroll down to find you.

The keyword “automobile companies” it would nevertheless serve you much better than “automobile body shops” no matter the lower popularity scale. Instead of getting a slew of people interested in everything from buying a car to changing their oil filters, you will get only those consumers with trashed front ends or crumpled fenders being directed to your site. there is not doub about, consumers ready to buy your services are the ones who will immediately find you. Not only that, but the greater the specificity of your keyword is, the less competition you will face.

The third factor is consumer Motivation. To determine what motivation prompts a person looking for a service or product to type in a specific word or phrase, you should putting yourself inside the mind of the visitor rather than been a good seller. Let’s look at another example, such as a consumer who is searching for a job as an IT manager in a new city. If you have to choose between ”Seattle job listings” and “Seattle IT recruiters” which do you think will benefit the consumer more? If you were looking for this type of specific job, which keyword would you type in? The second one, of course! Using the second keyword targets people who have decided on their career, have the necessary experience, and are ready to enlist you as their recruiter, rather than someone just out of school who is casually trying to figure out what to do with his or her life in between beer parties. You want to find people who are ready to act or make a purchase, and this requires subtle tinkering of your keywords until your find the most specific and directly targeted phrases to bring the most motivated traffic to you site.

Once you have chosen your keywords, your work is not done. You must continually evaluate performance across a variety of search engines, bearing in mind that times and trends change, as does popular lingo. You cannot rely on your log traffic analysis alone because it will not tell you how many of your visitors actually made a purchase.

Luckily, some new tools have been invented to help you judge the effectiveness of your keywords in individual search engines. There is now software available that analyzes consumer behavior in relation to consumer traffic. This allows you to discern which keywords are bringing you the most valuable customers.

This is an essential concept: numbers alone do not make a good keyword; profits per visitor do. You need to find keywords that direct consumers to your site who actually buy your product, fill out your forms, or download your product. This is the most important factor in evaluating the efficacy of a keyword or phrase, and should be the sword you wield when discarding and replacing ineffective or inefficient keywords with keywords that bring in better profits.

Ongoing analysis of tested keywords is the formula for search engine success. This may sound like a lot of work - and it is! It will be a direct impact in your business’s rewards generated associated with the amount of informed effort you put into your keyword campaign.

I have so far submitted 18 articles in 13 days, and they have been placed on a total of 33 sites total between them already. If I can keep doing 1 article a day, this will be very viral.

The system has the built in article spinning system in place. You just paste in your article and title, keywords, and maybe a youtube video, and once you save it as draft, you can start using the automated spinner.

Whether or not they see my messages remains to be seen, but the system as a whole is really looking good for affiliate marketing, you can use it for backlinks, or just put in your affiliate links, its up to you. I have tried to use a mix of both, since I have 3 links per post.
